Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
RETURNS
We have 15 days return policy for new and non-opened AED’s or accessories.
Medical Devices other than AED's are not returnable. If a waiver is pre-approved then a 25% re-stocking charge will apply to the order returned.
Special order items are not returnable. Please call in advance of placing order for any concerns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. Special order items are not returnable.
To process your return, please email us at president@supplystorenow.com or call us at 832-888-0123 . To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please reference your Return Authorization Number on packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where refunds will not be granted (if applicable):
* Special order items
* Medical device other than an AED
* Products with obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition
* Items showing signs of damage
* Items with missing parts for reasons not due to our error
* Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
* If a medical device other than an AED return waiver is pre-approved, then a 25% restocking charge will apply to the order
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a approved refund, you may want to first check with your bank or your credit card company to ensure it isn’t just posting late, as sometimes there is a delay on their side in showing refund returns.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We make every effort to process exchanges as quickly as possible. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
